Our Trustees and Staff

Marlon M. Quan, Executive Director, Trustee

As the founder of The Stewardship Foundation, Marlon brings leadership and vision to the organization along with extensive experience in the financial industry. His success in investment banking, asset based lending and portfolio management contributes to sound financial planning for the assets of the foundation. Marlon is also Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee for the Charles B. Wang Community Center and is on the Board of Directors for The Gateway Cathedral.

Stanley Fishkin, Trustee

Stan Fishkin is a director of the Stewardship Foundation.  He is the founder and president of Crow Hill Capital, LTD and Crow Hill Ventures, LTD. The companies, founded in 1992 after Stan's 24 year career on Wall Street, provide investment services to a limited number of high net worth individuals, families and their foundations. He serves on the Boards of SBElectronics of Barre, Vermont; the environmental company Brighter Planet of Middlebury, Vermont and Vermont Public Radio. He is a board observer and prospective board member of Industrial Origami, Inc. of San Francisco, California and the Boys & Girls Club of Rutland County, Vermont.

Cheryl Eng, Trustee

Cheryl recently graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BS/MS in applied mathematics and statistics. She is studying to be an actuary and currently works with AXA Equitable.

Amber Austin, Program Coordinator

Amber has been involved with the Foundation for over two years. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Elementary Education and has a combined total of over 4 years working with children and families of all ages in the education sector.

Kelly Jessup, Foundation Administrator

Involved in various capacities, Kelly has worked with the Foundation since inception in 2006. She currently works full-time for the Foundation as its Administrator. Kelly's background in the non-profit sector includes five years in the Alumni Relations and Development office of a K-12 private school outside of Baltimore, Maryland, where she served as Director of Alumni Relations.
