No Information Is Collected Automatically

The Foundation does not automatically collect information about your use of the Site and does not employ "cookies" to collect or store any information about visitors to the Site.

We do not require registration or submission of a visitor's name, address, or any other personally-identifying information ("Personal Information") to obtain access to the Site. We will only collect Personal Information about a student or visitor to the Site when voluntarily submitted in the following instances:

Financial and Other Information

Students. No information is asked of a student upon visiting the Site. Only in reviewing a student's application will the Foundation ask a student (or his or her college's or university's financial aid office) for certain financial information to determine the applicant's eligibility for a scholarship from the Foundation. Such information is viewed only by the staff and board of trustees of the Foundation.

Donors. Visitors to the Site may donate to the Foundation by calling or emailing the Foundation or can have an online donation authorized and processed by following the link to Click and Pledge by visiting the following page: Online Donation Page


Personal Information

Applicants. When a student submits Personal Information to the Foundation through the application process, we keep all such Personal Information confidential and only the Foundation staff and the board of trustees view such Personal Information in order to evaluate the student's eligibility and for consideration in the scholarship selection process. The foregoing notwithstanding, we may disclosure your Personal Information as follows: (a) to seek verification from third party resources and governmental agencies to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by the applicant, and (b) if you receive a scholarship, your name, photo and other agreed upon Personal Information that you voluntarily share may be included on our Site at

Other Uses. When you provide the Foundation with your Personal Information in order to join the mailing list, we store and use such information for informational, marketing, and promotional or administrative purposes related to the Foundation.

If you elect to follow the Foundation on Twitter, you agree to the terms of use as identified by Twitter. The information you provide will be used to contact you with respect to any tweets or updates on Twitter about the Foundation. We contract with a third party to maintain and host the Site.
